Fair warning: you won’t find restrictive diets or 1,200 calorie meal plans here. My approach is both practical and nurturing, and all the work we’ll do is completely customized. What’s healthy for you may look completely different from what is healthy for me.

I firmly embrace a “health at every size” approach to wellness, which means that instead of focusing on numbers on the scale, we’ll pay attention to what really matters — uncovering and consistently implementing the healthy habits that bring you joy and help you feel your best.

Initial Consultation

 

Ready to begin? The first step is to book an initial consultation, during which we’ll dive deep into your health history, goals, and current eating and lifestyle habits. You’ll leave this 1-hour session with renewed clarity about what is possible, and with specific and personalized action steps, recipes and resources that you put into practice immediately.

*All appointments will be held virtually on my HIPAA-compliant video platform or by phone.

 

Follow-up Sessions

 

Although some people just need one power session to get their burning questions answered, most will benefit from a bit more support. My goal is to help you to build the tools and skills that you need to thrive…without me. On the way there, I typically recommend follow-up sessions every 2-3 weeks.

 

Rates and Insurance

 

I am in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Harvard Pilgrim, and most Mass General Brigham Health plans in Massachusets, as well as United Healthcare and Cigna, and can bill visits directly for people with these health plans. Please note that the specifics of each plan differs with respect to its nutrition coverage and referral requirements, and I always recommend calling to confirm the particulars of your coverage prior to our visit. I also have reasonable out-of-pocket rates, and am happy to provide a superbill receipt for out-of-network reimbursement.
