Healthcare Providers

Welcome.

If you’ve found your way to this page, you’re likely already aware that many of the top diseases affecting your patients can be prevented, managed, and sometimes even reversed through diet and lifestyle change.

The problem is: lifestyle change is hard.

For most of us, food is more than just fuel. It is comfort, identity, ritual, and celebration. It can also be a source of guilt, shame, and fear.

Many of your patients’ long-term habits and food choices have contributed to their current state of health. It will take more than a five-minute chat and a list of what (not) to eat for them to start creating meaningful change.

That’s where I come in.

I am a preferred provider through the Osher Center for Integrative Medicine at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, and partner with doctors in person and virtually as a nutritionist and wellness coach for patients interested in shifting their approach to food with professional, 1-1 guidance.

Combining my expertise in both clinical and integrative/functional nutrition with the latest science of behavior change, I offer patients individualized, evidence-based counseling and comprehensive support to help them integrate foods and healthy habits that support their long-term health goals.

A few of my specialties:

  • Comprehensive diet and lifestyle change

  • Digestive Disorders (Crohn’s Disease, Ulcerative Colitis, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, SIBO, Reflux, LPR)

  • Migraine and Headaches

  • Food Allergies and Sensitivities

“I regularly refer patients to Lindsay. She is broadly trained in multiple areas of nutritional science and expert at tailoring evidence-informed techniques and principles to the unique needs of each individual. Equally important, Lindsay has deep emotional intelligence combined with a kind, thoughtful, accepting and playful manner—a rare combination. My patients love to work with her.”
