What is your body actually asking for? Let’s find out.
Whole-person nutrition care for complex bodies and real lives.
Bodies don’t come with an owner’s manual.
Maybe you’re here with symptoms you can’t make a dent in, a body that suddenly feels like a stranger to you, or a pile of advice that hasn’t helped you actually feel better.
There is no shortage of opinions about what you should be doing: what to eat, what to avoid, how much protein you need, which supplements to take, which labs to check. The hard part is knowing what applies to your body right now, and then putting it into practice.
I help you connect the dots, make sense of the patterns, and get clear about what matters most.
From there, we focus on the few changes most likely to help, find ways to make them doable, and adjust as we learn from your body’s response. You become more fluent in your body’s language and more confident in how to care for it.
You feel the difference: steadier energy, more good days, more comfort in your own skin, more capacity to do the things that matter to you.
Hi, I’m Lindsay.
I’m Lindsay Keach Bronstein (MS, RDN, LDN, HC), an integrative dietitian and health coach with nearly two decades of clinical experience, much of it alongside leading integrative physicians and care teams.
My own experience of chronic illness first brought me to this work, and it still shapes the way I practice.
I blend the latest in nutrition science and behavior change with a healer’s intuition, a dash of irreverence, and a fierce love of food.
At the heart of my work is Body Partnership: learning to relate to your body with curiosity and collaboration, and to treat it not as a project to perfect, but as a relationship to tend.
