Nutrition and IBD: the Inflammation Connection - Saturday, October 26th 2:10pm

This workshop is part of the The Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of America, Northern California Chapter Patient & Family Education Symposium – an educational program for patients, families and caregivers living with Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis.

This education event is the only program in the Bay Area that provides comprehensive medical, surgical and integrative information to patients and family members on how to live well with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). It also includes an opportunity for patients and their loved ones to meet others affected by IBD, gain support and decrease feelings of isolation.

Event tickets cost $10 each and include all workshops and a light lunch. Please note that no one will be turned away due to financial hardship.
