Feed periodically offers small group wellness programs, including many of the same healthy principals taught in our individual programs in a supportive and affordable group setting. We address the foundations of a healthy diet, walk you through many of today's popular dietary theories (and debunk many common food/diet myths), teach you how to make shopping for and preparing healthy vegetables and whole grains easy, delicious and fun, and guide you through food experiments that allow you to figure out what is the right food plan for you! Our goal is to inspire you to live the healthiest, happiest life that you can.
Group Programs Include:
• A comprehensive Health History and Analysis
• 2 30-minute (or 1 hour) phone consultations with Lindsay
• Two 1½ hour group sessions per month (8 sessions in all), which include discussion of health and nutrition topics, client progress, action steps and a full set of handouts and recipes
• Whole food Cooking Classes
• Health Food Store Tour
• Lending library
